“We are thrilled to announce that….”. There’s a reason why we called our company “Thrilld Labs”. As founders today and as experienced builders and investors, we know the thrill of good news. Every new connection, every great chat, and every new deal or conference can feel like pure ecstasy. Aren’t we all going to make it? The truth is besides the thrill, we also know the drill. Business is as much challenging as thrilling. Connecting with the right people is key hereto.
Our mission: giving everyone access to opportunity and the right connections, regardless of where you’re based, whom you know, or where you go. That's how we make business (and events, where the magic happens!) better. After Web3, we move to other industries to rinse and repeat (we are open to speaking with investors interested in joining our round).
Thrilld, our flagship product, is the Web3 networking app on which industry professionals can find each other, talk business, and build human connections. Thrilld also functions as an industry conference app, adopted by 20+ events so far. The next event version (ready in August 2026) will bring a full meeting scheduler, improved agendas, extra sponsor visibility, and more selective networking possibilities.
Our team is also building an event management and ticketing application with Web3-based features (Thrilld Events), and is growing a female industry business group, EcstaSHE.
Dutch + a globally distributed team
We're building from the Netherlands, the U.S., the U.K., South-Korea, Italy, and elsewhere.
Alex (born in the Netherlands, now in Italy) was educated as a lawyer and political scientist (hon. LLB, MSc summa cum laude, MAS (scholarship)). Active in the space since 2017, she's also a published author and event host and speaker there where events adopt the Thrilld app.
Founded in 2014, Xablu is a software development and consultancy firm. Led by Henk Kok and Arjan ten Buuren, Xablu is a Dutch company with a global team, bringing strong technical expertise and an established a solid track record. Thrilld Labs closely collaborates with Xablu since Q2 2026 on its various product offerings.

Kendall joined Thrilld Labs in early 2024 and now works as a Business & Growth Associate. Born in the U.S., Kendall is completing her degree in Economics and Asian Studies at Yonsei University's Underwood International College in Seoul, South Korea.
Aakansha (born in New Delhi, India) is double majoring in Business Administration and International Studies at Ewha Womans University, South Korea. As top-of-her-class student, she brings a strong administrative background and a passion for decentralised tech.
Luciano, born and based in Italy, is a user tester/game tester with a background in digital marketing, hospitality, and tourism. Passionate about the crypto and Web3 space and in-depth product testing, he has been actively exploring this field since 2021.
Rejoice, based out of Nigeria, is highly skilled and creative UX/UI designer. Rejoice contributes to Thrilld Labs since mid-2024. His skills are complemented by a passion for business, the crypto space, and front-end development.
Our advisors, people with proven track records as industry entrepreneurs, investors, and event organizers, help guide our core team. We also thank our early-stage "users", supportive community, and our 80+ (event) partners.

EcstaSHE encourages collaboration and partnerships to get deals and opportunities flowing, spurring individual careers and the indeed Web3 industry at its very base.
As the community grows (currently + 130 women), expect also IRL networking and events, facilitating connections that matter.
EcstaSHE members get prioritized access to conference tickets there where Thrilld Labs provides giveaways. We also actively build speaking gigs, interviews, and business opportunities (at times) provided by our partners, whilst we also publish articles about business topics.
We welcome women from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and expertise levels.
