Thrilld Labs Partners with VI3NNA Congress

We’re thrilld to announce our tight collaboration with VI3NNA Congress 2026, an exclusive congress which mainly focuses on turning digital asset policy and infrastructure into real market adoption across Europe. 

The program begins with VI3NNA Evening Reception on May 18, followed by the main congress sessions taking place May 19-20.

Unlike many large industry conferences, VI3NNA is designed as a curated congress to foster dialogue and collaboration for decision-makers, connecting regulators, financial institutions, infrastructure providers, investors, and founders to discuss how Europe can build a trusted and competitive digital economy. It essentially connects policy discussions with practical implementations and real-world use cases.

Throughout the congress, discussions will explore topics such as digital asset market infrastructure, liquidity and capital efficiency, regulatory frameworks including taxation and AML, and the evolving relationship between AI, banking, and blockchain technologies. 

The program focuses on several areas shaping Europe’s digital asset landscape. 

Key themes include:

• Adoption: turning blockchain and digital assets into real economic value 
• Regulation: building frameworks that support innovation while protecting users 
• Infrastructure: developing secure, scalable systems for Web3 and AI adoption 
• Transparency: ensuring accountability in governance, reporting, and data systems 
• Innovation: enabling startups, scaleups, and corporates to build new digital business models

Also, throughout the lead-up to the congress and during the event itself, discussions will be structured around several Executive Tracks, including: 

• The intersection of AI, banking, and digital assets 
• Liquidity and capital efficiency in digital asset markets
• Regulatory frameworks including taxation, AML, and the Travel Rule
• Europe’s position in global innovation and regulatory competitiveness

Insights from these conversations will contribute to the VI3NNA Declaration, an industry-driven position paper intended to help inform policy discussions around Europe’s digital asset ecosystem. 

As for the venue… the congress will take place at MQ Libelle, located above the Leopold Museum within MuseumsQuartier, one of Vienna’s most prominent cultural districts. Additional side events will be hosted across nearby venues within the MuseumsQuartier, creating a distributed event experience across the area.

Thrilld will be the main networking app for the event, helping participants connect before and during the event, amongst other things. And… in addition, Thrilld’s CEO, Alexandra Overgaag will also be joining the event as co-moderator, contributing to the discussions throughout the conference working alongside an excellent international team.
