Thrilld Labs Partners with UN:BLOCK

We’re thrilld to announce our media collaboration with UN:BLOCK 2026, returning to Riga, Latvia, and bringing together global leaders and innovators from the blockchain, fintech, and traditional banking sectors.

UN:BLOCK has steadily grown into one of the region’s most prominent conferences for digital finance. In 2025, the event welcomed 1,200+ attendees, 250 companies, and 100 speakers from 40 countries, creating a platform for conversation and arguably lots of impact between Web3 builders, financial institutions, regulators, policymakers, and other actors from the space.

For the 2026 edition, the conference has expanded its format with two dedicated stages: 

• A Blockchain Stage, focusing on Web3 infrastructure, digital assets, and decentralised technologies. 
• A Fintech Stage, centering more around financial innovation, payments, and the evolving role of traditional banking in the digital economy. 

Across the two days, attendees can expect keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and most importantly, networking opportunities with industry professionals who are all building the next phase of Europe’s digital finance landscape. The sessions will explore topics such as crypto safety, MICA in Latvia, and stablecoins.

Now, alongside the main conference program, UN: BLOCK Week, will be commencing from 31st March until 3rd of April, and will have several side events, pitch competitions, and workshops offering further opportunities for discussion and collaboration across the industry. 

‍You can apply for the pitching competition until March 20th and startups building in DeFi, tokenisation, digital assets, RegTech, and adjacent spaces are encouraged to apply. "The pitch competition is a natural extension of what UN:BLOCK stands for, connecting bold ideas with the capital and networks needed to make them real," said Davis Dargelis, Co-Founder of UN:BLOCK. The prize pool is backed by a strong lineup of investors and partners.

As mentioned before, the conference will once again be taking place in Riga, the capital of Latvia,  set right near the Baltic Sea. Riga has increasingly positioned itself as a hub for fintech and blockchain innovation in Northern Europe and was once known as one of Europe’s most connected cities, offering hundreds of free public Wi-Fi spots across the city, long before it became common elsewhere.

For a digital-first crowd like crypto builders, the city truly serves as a fitting setting. The city is also known for its wooden buildings and stunning Art Nouveau architecture, by the way. Team Thrilld definitely hopes to attend in person!
