We’re thrilld to announce a media partnership with Stablecon USA (our second collaboration!), happening in Washington DC, USA on September 9-11. Stablecoins, Digital Assets, and Global Movements
This edition comes after Stablecon EMEA took place in Amsterdam this past May, where it gathered over 1,000 attendees and 750 C-suite leaders from across DeFi, economic policy, financial infrastructure, and institutional integration. Indeed, both events tap into current movements not only in the digital assets and blockchain industries, but in the global economy as well.
With the development and enforcement of regulatory frameworks, for example, MiCAR in Europe and The Genius Act in the United States, it may be becoming clearer who is legally allowed to issue digital money. Yet many questions around issuance and tokenization are still being worked out in real time. For instance, when it comes to banks vs. fintechs vs. tech giants… or white-label “stablecoin-as-a-service” models, tokenized treasuries, money market funds, deposit tokens, and RWAs as reserve collateral, among other matters.
To analyse these issues and more, the U.S. edition of Stablecon brings together over 2,000 attendees, 1,000 C-suite leaders, and 200 speakers. The speaker lineup is made up of the people building and operating the tech, making the decisions, and ultimately developing the future of the industry. Confirmed speakers include Shan Aggarwal (Coinbase), Gilles Gade (Cross River Bank), Travis Hill (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), Steve McLaughlin (FT Partners), Michael Shaulov (Fireblocks), Anthony Soohoo (Moneygram), Leigh Amaro (Swift), plus many others.
What’s on the Agenda?
The first two days of Stablecon USA include:
- Keynotes, track sessions, and roundtable discussions,
- An exhibition hall and startup competition;
- Networking sessions and other scheduled meetups (StableConnect, Drinks & Dinners, Industry Night Party Powered).
The third (and final) day focuses on partner sessions and leaves the floor open for workshops from 9 AM to 11:30 PM.
Taking place in Washington DC, many attendees come from policy backgrounds; as policymakers, senior regulators, policy advocates, and so on. The location also offers a nice chance to see how regulation and policymaking are discussed and developed in practice, and where those conversations are heading towards.

We also thought it was nice that in addition to the main conference, Stablecon convenes smaller gatherings with the policymaking community throughout the year (check out Stablecon Salon!), organizes exclusive gatherings and other briefings and webinars.
