Whilst ETHSofia focuses on the technical foundations, F3: Future Finance Forum focuses more on the institutions bringing these technologies into real-world financial systems. Designed as the institutional pillar of Blockchain Week Bulgaria, the forum convenes banks, fintechs, payment providers, regulators, enterprises, investors, and infrastructure providers to discuss how tokenised finance is moving from concept to reality.
The timing is particularly relevant, as with MiCA now fully in force across the European Union, stablecoins surpassing $300 billion in circulation, and tokenised real-world assets continuing their growth.
