Thrilld Labs Participates in CryptoKnights TV Show

We're thrilld to share that Thrilld Labs participated in S2 of the CryptoKnights TV show. The show, shot in Las Vegas just a few weeks ago, will air in the coming months on platforms including Amazon Prime. CryptoKnights brings together Web3 founders and Tier-1 investors. Thrilld Labs was selected as one of the few projects. Read on for more info about the show.

We’re thrilld to share that Thrilld Labs is participating in the crypto reality TV show CryptoKnights. CryptoKnights brings Web3 and crypto to a global via platforms including Amazon Prime, merging the thrill of an investment competition with the reality of business and building in Web3.

Shot in April 2026 in Las Vegas, USA, Thrilld Labs pitched alongside other Web3 and crypto startups to a panel of ‘Knights,’ prominent business angels, VCs and family offices fin the industry.

We arrived in Vegas after three flights and stayed on-set for several days and evenings. It was a great experience, both in terms of the pitching and the shooting of the show.  Whilst the timing of the trip came during a peculiar time for Thrilld Labs' leadership team, in the midst of changes relating to the company's builders' department, there were many reasons as to why we were thrilld to participate and shall remain involved with the show.

First, as a participating company and flying in all the way from Europe, the show offered exposure to various investment possibilities from judges with an international network and extensive track record. Beyond this, the visibility we can tap into, we expect, from the future viewing audience is pretty massive.

We pitched both the Thrilld networking app as well as Thrilld events and the broader vision we seek to bring to the table, that is, making business better in Web3 and beyond, enabling people worldwide to build meaningful connections and event experiences, both online and during conferences.

Moreover, the show educates viewers on Web3, on what is value-adding or value-extracting, and it also allows for direct participation from the audience with cryptocurrencies, which we’ll expand on below. Through pitching rounds and discussions on what projects are viable for the future of crypto, CryptoKnights presents critical reflections about what Web3 and crypto is and what it will become: ambitious, honest, and fair.

And that fits our small start up with global ambitions.

Showcasing the actual projects actively building the space, puts a face to ideas and a practicality and tangibility to what companies and start-ups are actually doing with crypto. Ultimately, we think, the show expands the understanding of crypto and blockchain and digital assets more broadly, of its possibilities and challenges, to a wider audience. And that's what the space needs more of, in our opinion.

The Show and Ritstream

The producers have described CryptoKnights as something like ‘a Shark Tank for Crypto,’ although they don’t just leave it at that. In Shark Tank, the panel of judges gets to decide who they want to invest in, and in CryptoKnights this is still the case, yet the viewer also has oftentimes had the opportunity to participate.

Indeed, CryptoKnights is the only global TV show letting viewers invest and participate in the program at the same time as the judges. For Season 1, this has been done using the CryptoKnights (launch)pad.

Riaz & Alex during Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas, after the shoot

The idea for the show was conceived by Riaz Metha, whom our team met in London last year during a conference we attended.

Riaz is CEO and Co-Founder of Allrites, Ritestream, and CryptoKnights. He founded ritestream.io in 2018, running two main activities: the streaming platform Ritestream+, and Ritstream Studios, the crowdfunding platform for film and TV NFTs. The platform presented an innovative framework for redirecting ownership and profits of creative rights back to the creators themselves. CryptoKnights is also streamed on Ritestream, where anyone can help fund the program through the site’s utility token, $RITE.

The vision of CryptoKnight comes out of the producing team’s own experiences of encountering the hurdles of funding, and royalty rights and laws shaping the media and creative industries. For example, the complexity of royalty rights and high interests indebted to the creatives, are strong deterrents for creative ventures.

Then, to empower creators, Ritestream merges media with the decentralization of blockchain technologies. This is something that the producing team of CryptoKnights is actually building as well as benefiting from, since some of the funding of the filming and production costs for season 1 was done via the Rite Fund raises.

CryptoKnights emphasizes that the value and profits of creative work should go back into the hands of the creators and backers themselves, something we fully support.

CryptoKnights' Knights

CryptoKnights launched its first episode in May 2025, and ran 11 episodes during season 1. In the style of Shark Tank and Dragon’s Den, 20 project founders pitched on stage in front of 5 Knights to get support and funding.

During the first season, the judges included American Hollywood actor Adrian Grenier, Co-Founder of Tether Brock Pierce, Founder and CEO at MV Global & PAID Network Kyle Chasse, Founder of LUNA Nikita Sachdev, CEO of Antler Magnus Grimeland, and Managing Partner at Blockchain Founders Fund, Aly Madhavji. Many of these are also joining the stage during Season 2...

The upcoming 2nd season soon features another round of projects, including Thrilld Labs. You’ll have to watch (on platforms including Amazon Prime) to see how it goes! More news soon!
