I wish I had known sooner that confidence doesn’t come before action, it comes from it". Read on for more!

At Thrilld Labs, we believe that the future of Web3 is shaped by connectivity and by people, including by the countless epic female builders across the decentralised world. That’s why we launched EcstaSHE, a business community for female Web3 pros.

Lejla Muratcaus Blagojevic, Head of Growth Marketing and Partnerships at BeInCrypto, one of the world’s leading crypto news and education platforms.

With over a decade of experience in the Web3 space, Lejla is one of the most influential crypto voices in the Balkan region and a force driving BeInCrypto’s global growth. She's also known for her strategic marketing ideas, collaborations and community-building initiatives.

In addition to being a B2B marketing professional, she has helped position BeInCrypto among the top three Web3 media outlets globally, while she's also regularly speaking at or MC-ing major industry events such as ETH Sofia, NFT Rome, NapulETH, and ETH Belgrade.

Beyond her corporate role, Lejla loves about creative storytelling, the intersection of media and technology, and exploring cultural trends.

What are you currently building or working on within the Web3 space?

These days, I’m mostly focused on building connections between people, brands, and ideas in Web3. My work at BeInCrypto often happens somewhere between media, marketing, and events, so it’s never just one thing. One week I am leading a global campaign, the next I am moderating a panel or meeting founders and builders with fresh ideas and the kind of energy that reminds me why I love this industry.

What I love most is that it’s not only about tech. It’s about people who believe they can change how the internet works. I try to bring those stories forward, make them relatable, and show that Web3 isn’t some faraway future. It’s already here and we just need to make it easier for people to see themselves in it.

What are your ambitions for the rest of the year? How do you see yourself making an impact?

In the next few months, I want to keep building things that last: projects, collaborations, and connections that actually move the needle, not just make noise.

I see impact in small, consistent moments. For example, when a story we publish changes someone’s perception, when a new partnership opens the door, or when people walk away from an event feeling inspired and connected. That’s the kind of work I want to keep doing.

And personally, I want to stay curious. This space moves fast, but that’s also what keeps it exciting, and there’s always something new to learn, someone new to meet, and another idea worth chasing.

What’s the most valuable business tip you’ve learned, and how has it impacted your growth?

The best business trip I have learned is to master the art of multitasking, but in a conscious way. It’s not about doing ten things at once; it’s about knowing how to prioritise and using technology to stay ahead. In Web3, things move fast, and there’s no room for being passive or slow.

That mindset has built how I work and lead: Staying adaptable, using tools that make me faster, and keeping communication at the center of everything. Clear, timely communication builds trust, saves time, and keeps teams aligned, and that’s often what makes the difference between progress and burnout.

Tell us what advice you would give to women starting out in Web3. How can they make an impact on the industry?

My advice to women (but really, to anyone starting out) is simple: don’t wait until you feel ready. You’ll never be fully ready, and that’s completely fine. This space moves fast, and the best way to learn is by doing, asking questions, connecting with the right people, and sometimes failing along the way.

And don’t be afraid to reach out. I often see young people who’d love to ask something but hesitate, thinking we don’t have time. But most of us do. We have been there, we remember what it’s like to start from zero, and we actually want to see more women stepping forward.

Also, find your community. Look for local events or meetups in your city. Most places have them, even if they’re small, and connect with people on LinkedIn, X and Telegram. So many great things start from a simple message, a shared idea, or a casual chat.

And finally, find your voice early. Web3 still needs more women who speak up, build confidently, and bring a different kind of perspective. I wish I had known sooner that confidence doesn’t come before action, it comes from it. Once you start showing up, things begin to align.

Anything else you’d like to mention that we didn’t ask?

In this space, nothing stands still. You have to keep your eyes open, learn fast and stay curious, but not because it sounds good, but because things really do change overnight.

I’ve learned to treat change as part of the job. You can’t control it, but you can decide how you respond to it. That’s where growth actually happens: In how quickly you adapt, how much you keep learning, and how you carry yourself through it.

I don’t chase trends. I read the room, and then change the tempo.

Web3 is a space defined by motion, action and confidence. And Lejla Muratcaus Blagojevic stands out as a connector and builder. Through her work at BeInCrypto, she clearly reads the global room of Web3 and builds the trends, instead of following them. We love it. Epic work, Lejla.
