At Thrilld Labs, we believe that the future of Web3 is built through connectivity and collaboration. That’s why we launched EcstaSHE, a business community for female Web3 professionals, leaders, and execs. We are thrilld to feature women in our network who have been professionals in our industry for quite some time now.
Today, we spotlight a pro working right at the intersection of leadership, performance, and founder wellbeing: Emily Rose Dallara.
Emily is a founder, former Web3 CMO, and a high-performance coach who now works with founders and leadership teams operating in high-pressure environments. Through her work as a somatic practitioner and advisor. Emily helps founders regulate their nervous system, increase their capacity to handle pressure, and upgrade the internal systems that drive authentic leadership and decision-making.
She is also the creator of Align to Rise, a program to help founders reduce anxiety, stabilise their internal state, and access what she calls the Supercharged State™, i.e., a regulated, focused, high-performance state required for long-term success.
We spoke with Emily to learn more about her work and, importantly, her perspective on leadership in the Web3 business space.
What are you currently offering in the Web3 Space?
Right now, I work with founders to help them build their businesses from a place of grounded regulation rather than constant pressure and anxiety. I help them understand that high performance doesn’t start with strategy. It starts with their nervous system.
When founders are regulated, they make better decisions, lead more effectively, and build businesses that actually work.
I do this primarily through my program Align to Rise, which teaches founders the fundamentals of nervous system regulation for high-stakes leadership. We start by reducing anxiety and stabilising their internal state, and then move into what I call the Supercharged State™, where they feel focused, energised, clear, and capable of performing at their best under pressure.
Alongside Align to Rise, I also work one-on-one and inside teams, supporting founders and leadership teams to build sustainable, high-performing businesses by upgrading how they operate from the inside out.

What’s the motivation behind your coaching work?
I focus on founders because I’ve been one, multiple times. I’ve also worked as a CMO in high-stakes, high-stress Web3 companies, and I spent over a decade in the space, so I deeply understand the pressure that comes with it.
I’ve seen incredibly intelligent, capable, well-connected people fail to build successful businesses, not because they lacked talent or vision, but because they burnt out first. They made poor decisions under pressure, created from dysregulation, and built businesses that weren’t sustainable or authentic. I saw this happen again and again.
I also experienced burnout myself.
This work comes from wanting founders to succeed without feeling like the pressure is unmanageable. Stress will always exist at this level, but founders shouldn’t feel like it’s breaking them. I want them to feel capable of holding it, leading through it, and building something meaningful without it costing them their health or their business.
What do you hope the Web3 industry, or its people, will do this year?
I’ve watched this industry evolve a lot, and what I hope we preserve is its sense of inclusivity. Not exclusivity.
I want Web3 to remain a space where access is open, where anyone can participate, and where we continue to attract top talent who are genuinely passionate about what this technology can do for the world.
What saddens me is seeing people enter the space who aren’t actually interested in crypto or blockchain, they’re just there for the hype. I hope we move toward a future where the people building in Web3 are doing so with integrity, excitement, and belief in the mission.
That’s what will keep the space strong.
What’s the most valuable growth or career lesson you've learned, something you wish you’d realised earlier?
I wish I’d learned how to regulate my nervous system and build capacity to handle pressure much earlier.
If I had understood how to manage stress properly, my career would have been easier, more sustainable, and likely even more successful than it already was. I would have been able to stay in high-pressure roles longer and build businesses without burning myself out in the process.
This is the foundation I believe everyone needs first. When you can regulate your nervous system, everything else becomes easier: decision-making, leadership, creativity, and execution.
Anything else you’d like to add that we didn’t ask?
Yes, I think it’s important to say that success doesn’t have to look like hustle or grind.
I work a few hours a day. I DJ. I spend hours outside in the sun. I enjoy my life.
This chapter of your life …even the intense building years - is just a drop in the ocean. The real question is: how do you want to make it happen? From panic and pressure, or from a place that actually feels good to live inside?
Another thing I wish more people knew is how powerful belief really is. For me, learning to truly believe “I can do this” changed everything. When you genuinely believe it’s possible, your nervous system shifts, your decisions shift, and your actions follow. That belief was a turning point for me, and it’s something I see transform other founders all the time.
Thank you, Emily!

Web3 is bringing about a brave new world. What kind of world? An open, decentralized space where trustless tech thrives, individuals innovate, and communities continue to collaborate, we’d argue, with some added alliteration.
